Note: This workshop is baby-friendly! It was designed for parents and baby to attend together.

Indulge in the perfect blend of care and relaxation. Allay and Embodied Pelvic Health are teaming up with Natural Resources to bring you the ultimate Baby + Me Spa experience! This one-hour experience is thoughtfully designed to nurture both you and your baby, offering expert assessments and soothing therapies.

Throughout this one-hour experience, you will receive the following:

• Diastasis Recti & Pelvic Floor Assessment (20 minutes): Work with an occupational therapist to evaluate your core and pelvic floor health. Learn personalized tips and techniques to support your recovery and strengthen your body.
• Mini Massage (20 minutes): Relax with a calming, therapeutic massage performed by a massage therapist, easing tension and leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
• Baby Craniosacral Therapy (20 minutes): Support your babys comfort and development with gentle craniosacral therapy performed by a lactation consultant and craniosacral therapist. This holistic approach helps address feeding challenges, muscle tension, and overall well-being for your little one.

-We ask that each adult register separately.
-Babes in arms are welcome.
-Facilitators are professionals who may have their own private practice. They may use their discretion to determine whether an additional fee is needed when their expertise is solicited outside of class.

Michelle Kwock, IBCLC – Michelle is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) trained in both infant and adult craniosacral therapy. She takes a compassionate, root-cause approach to understanding and addressing a babys fussiness, discomfort, or dysregulation. Michelle offers home visits and accepts select insurance plansplease visit the Allay website to check if your insurance is covered. She is dedicated to helping families establish successful breast/chest feeding and also supports those transitioning to bottle feeding.

Stephanie Kwock, CMT – Stephanie is a certified massage therapist with advanced training in lymphatic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, injury rehabilitation, Swedish and deep tissue techniques, as well as prenatal and postpartum care. She is passionate about relieving the physical discomforts of pregnancy and birth, and she supports postpartum recovery through healing touch, including cesarean scar massage. She provides home visits throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.

Samantha Zgraggen, OT – Samantha is a pelvic floor occupational therapist committed to supporting birthing mothers in healing and restoring pelvic floor function. She empowers clients with the tools they need to prepare for birth or recover postpartum, guiding them toward renewed confidence and dignity while addressing their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Samantha offers both home visits and office appointments in San Francisco.
